  The customer service is very very poor. The company prides itself in having factory trained technicians yet failed to diagnose a fault with my cigarette lighter (power point) and was refered to Halifords who resolved the problem. I lodged a complaint with the management in writing but sadly the Managing Director himself responded after more than a month taking sides with his incompetent staff and being on the defensive. I'll never send my car for service or repairs at Vaxhaull Hidsons after this bad experience. I'm now happier with a different dealer.
